Here, we discuss the question of whether there would be a relevant cost in starting a government insurance policy. In order to keep the focus (and possibly end this subdebate sooner), I would ask that we avoid discussing where this money would come from (subsidies, etc).

So, David, if I understood you correctly, you stated that any small amount of money violates your principles, so the amount here is irrelevant to you. However, it seems relevant to elshizzo, so I think we should see how well we can address this, so we're at least clear where we all stand. Again, questions of sources of money and principles, I will address elsewhere.
